Invite-only access: the risks you must know

The service limitations currently known, the risk to your funds, and your right to withdraw consent.

RiskContent updated: 2026-10-05

This article summarises the platform's formal risk disclosure. It does not replace the full disclosure you must read and acknowledge before any fund operation. The wording is aligned; the full disclosure prevails.

1. Invite-only access, and the service limitations currently known

This platform operates on invite-only access, is open to invited users, uses real funds, and its services and features are still being built out. The following limitations are already known:

  • The US equities session runs 21:30 – 04:00 HKT. Around 02:19 HKT on each trading day the upstream broker system performs its routine reconnection, so the final ~1 hour 41 minutes of that session cannot accept orders, cancellations or fill reports. This is a fixed window that occurs every trading day, not an intermittent fault.
  • The platform's full user agreement and related legal documents are not yet final and remain under compliance review.
  • Features, parameters, fees and available instruments may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.
  • Defects, reconciliation discrepancies or operational error may cause loss of funds, and this risk is higher than on a system that has run stably for a long period.

These are the known limitations and not an exhaustive list. If a new limitation becomes known, the platform will update the disclosure and ask you to acknowledge it again.

2. Final legal terms have not been settled

At the time you acknowledge the disclosure, the platform's full user agreement and related legal documents are still undergoing compliance review and are not final. What you acknowledge is the invite-only access disclosure, not the final terms. When the final terms are published you will be asked to read and acknowledge them again; fund operations will be suspended until you do.

3. Service may be interrupted, and one interruption happens every single day

US equities session (summer time)
HKT 21:30 ─────────────────── 02:19 ✂ ──────── 04:00
tradable ~4h49m session ends unavailable ~1h41m
The session ends at 02:19 HKT = 03:19 KST = 18:19 UTC — the same minute every day.

Around 02:20 Hong Kong time each day, the broker session expires as part of its daily reset and requires manual sign-in with phone two-factor authentication. The platform's default maintenance window is HKT 02:19–04:00. New US stock orders are not accepted during the maintenance window or while the broker session is unavailable. The end of the window does not mean the channel has been restored. Check the trading page for the current maintenance window and availability. The platform does not commit to a specific restoration time; please plan time-sensitive trades in advance.

  • The US equities channel is unavailable for about 1 hour 41 minutes every trading day. This is an upstream daily reset, unrelated to when you log in, and is not an intermittent fault.
  • Beyond that fixed window, network failures, upstream market-data or trading API problems, on-chain congestion and planned maintenance can cause further irregular interruptions.
  • During an interruption you may be unable to close positions, stop losses or withdraw funds in time; losses arising from price movement in that period are borne by you.

4. Risk to your funds

  • You are committing real funds and may lose your entire principal.
  • Digital and tokenised assets are highly volatile and can fall sharply in a short time.
  • The platform is still being built out; defects, reconciliation discrepancies or operational error can also cause loss of funds, and this risk is higher than on a system that has run stably for a long period.
  • Only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely.

5. Data and features may change

  • Features may be modified or removed, and workflows you have grown used to may change.
  • To fix defects or reconcile records, the platform may need to correct historical data (fills, position snapshots, computed returns); corrections leave an audit trail and are queryable.
  • Some data produced in the current period (stage-specific configuration, campaign records) may not be carried over to later releases.
  • Your identity information, trading records and fund movements are compliance data subject to long-term retention and are not within the scope above.

6. How disputes are handled

The full wording of this section is still under compliance review. Until it is settled, you can raise questions and complaints through the in-platform support channel, and each submission is recorded. That describes an existing technical capability; it is not a commitment as to outcome or timing.

7. You may withdraw this consent at any time

  • After withdrawal your fund operations (ordering, deposits, withdrawals) are suspended immediately, but the platform does not dispose of assets you already hold.
  • Withdrawal does not delete your earlier acknowledgement: it is recorded by appending a withdrawal entry, leaving the original acknowledgement intact.
  • You can acknowledge again after re-reading the disclosure to resume fund operations.
